Closing Overseas

With overseas files, if military member has a JAG Office on base, they are permitted to close there. Otherwise, they need to set up an appointment at the U.S. Embassy. All of the scheduling has to be done by borrower. If closing at the Embassy, borrower will pay for each stamp directly at embassy.

Typically, we email docs to borrower and they need to print documents and ship back to us. If scheduling in advance we may be able to send by Fed Ex to borrower.
